Avisarte del lanzamiento de la tienda GoGreen Biohacking & Wellness y enviarte comunicaciones comerciales y contenidos educativos sobre biohacking y bienestar.
Legitimación
Tu consentimiento expreso, que das al marcar la casilla del formulario (art. 6.1.a RGPD y art. 21 LSSI-CE). Puedes retirarlo en cualquier momento, sin que afecte a la licitud del tratamiento anterior.
Conservación
Mientras no retires tu consentimiento o solicites la supresión. Después, los datos se bloquearán durante los plazos legales aplicables.
Destinatarios y encargados del tratamiento
No cedemos tus datos a terceros salvo obligación legal. Para prestar el servicio nos apoyamos en Vercel Inc. (alojamiento web) y Resend (gestión de suscriptores y envío de correos), que actúan como encargados del tratamiento con las garantías adecuadas, incluidas las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea cuando los datos se tratan fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo.
Tus derechos
Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad escribiendo a hola@go-green.bio. También puedes darte de baja desde el enlace incluido en cada correo. Si consideras que no hemos atendido correctamente tus derechos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Cambios en el responsable
La sociedad titular definitiva de GoGreen Biohacking & Wellness está en proceso de constitución. Cuando se constituya, te informaremos por correo del cambio de responsable antes de que se produzca, con la opción de darte de baja.

Your express consent, given by ticking the box in the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 21 LSSI-CE). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Retention
Until you withdraw your consent or request erasure. After that, the data will be blocked for the applicable legal periods.
Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. To provide the service we rely on Vercel Inc. (web hosting) and Resend (subscriber management and email delivery), acting as data processors with appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where data is processed outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@go-green.bio. You can also unsubscribe using the link in every email. Change of controller
The final company that will own GoGreen Biohacking & Wellness is being incorporated. Once it is, we will inform you by email of the change of controller before it takes place, with the option to unsubscribe.
